Elliott Kaufman has won many national and international awards for his work. As an Architectural Photographer, he created site-specific photomurals Commissioned by the Public Art Fund, the NYS Council on the Arts, Knoll International and others. He has contributed to over 230 magazine articles worldwide. His work has been exhibited at the Corcoran Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Light Gallery as is currently being shown with the Haddad Gallery. His published books are The American Diner (Harper+Row), Mondo Materialis (Harry Abrams), Alphabet Everywhere and Numbers Everywhere (Abbeville Press, NY.) He has taught at Queens College, Long Island University (Brooklyn Campus) and ICP since 2006
